Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has rolled out the CB125 Hornet motorcycle in the Indian market. This new 125cc bike rivals the likes of the outgoing Hero Xtreme 125R and the TVS Raider 125. The two-wheeler manufacturer is all set to officially launch the Honda CB 125 Hornet in India on August 1, 2025. Bookings for the new Honda bike will also commence in August.

In terms of design language, the Honda CB125 Hornet comes equipped with a striking front fascia, a sculpted fuel tank, an upswept exhaust, a 2-piece stepped seat, and an all-LED lighting setup. The motorcycle is packed with a golden USD fork suspension up front, and at the back, it gets a five-way adjustable monoshock suspension. Braking duties for the CB 125 Hornet are handled by a 240 mm front petal disc and a 130 mm drum brake.

On the feature front, the Honda CB125 Hornet comes equipped with advanced amenities like a 4.2-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync app compatibility and Bluetooth connectivity. The Honda RoadSync app supports navigation, music playback, and call & SMS alerts. Other features include a USB Type-C charging port, single-channel ABS, SMS alerts, a side-stand indicator, turn-by-turn navigation, alloy wheels, and an engine stop switch.
The Honda CB125 Hornet bike draws power from a 123.94-cc, single-cylinder engine that churns out power of 11 bhp at 7500 rpm and peak torque of 11.2 Nm at 6000 rpm. The 123.94-cc engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox. In just 5.4 seconds, the motorcycle can go from 0 to 60 km/h, which makes it the fastest motorcycle in its segment.
